@Ask_Spectrum my internet keeps cutting out randomly through the day. Is getting worse by the week. We have called customer service and get no results. Oh we don't show any problems or we reset your router is always the answer. This does not solve the problem. 4 times today

i’ve tried to cancel my @GetSpectrum account FOUR TIMES. you can’t do it any other way but calling and every time, i get disconnected before i can talk to a person.don’t EVER get @Ask_Spectrum. they are HORRIBLE!!!

@GetSpectrum you need to train your customer service reps better. I called for a quote and the rep was rude. I told the rep multiple times I only wanted prices for internet only. Was told by rep “I need to listen to him”. Horrible customer service.

@Ask_Spectrum Thank you. I spent 2 hours w/ @Spectrum support team in Tampa trying to explain & get info. It only took one quick tweet to get the answer. That makes your "support" department antiquated and useless. Empower your employees. I'm sure @msnbc & all hope it is fixed right away.

@Ask_Spectrum Help, my ***. Your customer service is **** and you know it. Maybe fix your **** *** internet instead of charging out the *** for **** internet. May as well go with satellite internet since that's exactly how your internet works.
