@ChaosPixieMagic @DukeEnergy ohh... god help you... is the weather even worth it to stick around that state at this point... I would take the eviction as a sign and jump borders to anywhere.
JMC (@JMC070) reported
@DukeEnergy @DE_KeithRich 36 hours no power no heat. 2 Duke trucks showed up 12 hours ago looked at the tree and the line down shot the bill in the road for about 10 mins and left. Never have gotten an update on the outage. Customer service reps taking calls are the rudest and unprofessional.
aslynch (@aslynch) reported
@DukeEnergy You knew you were sending a crew to our neighborhood today but didn't let us know our power would be out until they arrived at 10. Now the estimate is 5:30 to restore!? People work from home and our groceries need refrigeration. Do better.

@DukeEnergy Please do. He saw the aftermath of 12/23/22 when downed lines caught fire, fell onto the street causing a power surge that severely damaged our gas line, forcing us to evacuate. He knew we were freaked out Friday night after another tree meets power line incident.
Pixie (@ChaosPixieMagic) reported
Landlord: gave us until the 13th to move out @DukeEnergy: “Oh we’ve had a request to cancel your service as of right now.” Which means she asked, because we did not. And this isn’t a non-payment cancellation this is a “someone asked us to turn off your power” cancellation 🙄
George Balaz (@Gbalaz) reported
@DukeEnergy is Duke ever going to offer lower time of use charging rates in Indiana to help EV owners? This is a huge feature missing from your service. Thanks for considering. I could also run my pool pump off hours further helping the grid.

The power company (Duke Energy) is coming out tomorrow to replace a pole that looks like it could fall over. The power lines are really low over our backyard so much that I could touch them almost. #dukeenergy
