Order everything from groceries to gadgets using Walmart.com or the Walmart app. Take advantage of the new features that make shopping simpler while saving you time and money.

How to get your items

You have three ways to order your items:

• Pickup: Pickup your order curbside at a nearby store.
• Delivery: We'll bring your order to your home from a store. (Fees may apply)
• Shipping: Your order will be shipped fast via UPS, FedEx, or another carrier.

Pickup and Delivery from store

Select a nearby store and timeslot to pick up your items, or we can deliver your order right to your home.

How it works:

1. Sign into your Walmart account.
2. On the homepage, select How do you want your items?
3. Under How do you want your items select Pickup or Delivery.
   • Select Delivery to check to see if your address can receive Delivery services.
   • If your address is within range of a store that offers Delivery services, the website or app will list those stores. You can choose a store from the list and then select Save As My Store.
   • If no stores are listed, the address is not within range of Delivery services from a store. You must choose Shipping or Pickup to place an order.
4. Reserve a Pickup/Delivery time.
5. Add items to your order.
   • Not all items are available for Pickup and Delivery.
6. Select Checkout under the Pickup and delivery options section of your cart.
   • Select Checkout all items to place an order for all items, both Pickup/Delivery and shipping.
   • Check out by the time displayed to keep your reservation.

If you order an item that isn’t available for pickup and delivery from your local store, we’ll ship it to you. We group shipped items separately in your cart and they ship separately from your reserved pickup or delivery order. Look for availability info on the item page and search results page.

Find what you need

Use search to find and find items, including groceries, and filter by how and when you want them.

How it works:

1. Sign into your Walmart account.
2. Enter an item in the Search bar at the top of your screen.
3. On the Search results page, filter by how and when you want to get items:
   • Need it fast: use this filter to show items that are available for your time preference.
   • Pickup & shipping: use this filter to show just the items that are available for your preference.

Pickup, Delivery and Shipping Fees

Fees apply to some methods, and you can see any fees from your cart.

• Pickup: Pick up orders over $35 for free. Orders that don’t reach the $35 minimum have a fee.
  • This fee is waived for Walmart+ customers.

• Standard Delivery from store: $9.95 delivery fee applies.
  • Delivery is free for Walmart+ members for orders over $35.

• Shipping: Orders under the $35 order minimum have a below order minimum fee of $6.99.
  • We waive the fee for Walmart+ customers.
• Express delivery: $10 Express fee applies to all orders in addition to the $9.95 standard delivery fee.
  • We waive the standard delivery fee for Walmart+ members.

• 3 hr. or less delivery: $5 fee applies to all orders.
  • $9.95 standard delivery fee applies.
• Extra Shipping fees:
  • Freight Items (items that are heavy or oversized) have separate surcharges.
  • Marketplace items may have separate shipping charges but count toward the $35 minimum amount for free shipping from Walmart.
  • Pharmacy, photo, wireless and tires don't count toward the $35 minimum amount and don't ship for free.
  • APO/FPO military addresses may have separate charges.
• Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and Overseas Locations: Items that Walmart sells and ships have added shipping fees when we ship to these locations.
  • You can check the shipping fees for the item by adding it to the cart. There will be a separate line in the Payments section for this fee.
• Bag fees: Certain states or local municipalities may charge bag fees to encourage the use of reusable bags. You can visit Single-Use Bag Policy to learn more.
• Colorado (CO) Retail Delivery Fee: There is an added retail delivery fee of $0.28 for all deliveries by motor vehicle in Colorado. We charge this delivery fee within the state of CO for any item(s) that are subject to sales tax or use tax. For more details, you can visit Temporary Holds and Charges.

Mobile Money Services

Walmart offers money services in-store. Visit your store’s Money Center or Customer Service counter for these services:

• Money Transfers
• Cash Checks
